Incoterms do not:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Address\u00a0all the conditions of a sale<\/li>\n<li>Identify the goods being sold nor\u00a0list the contract price<\/li>\n<li>Reference the method\u00a0or timing of\u00a0payment\u00a0negotiated between the seller and buyer<\/li>\n<li>Determine when the title, or ownership of the goods, passes from the seller to the buyer<\/li>\n<li>Specify which documents must be\u00a0provided by the seller to the buyer to facilitate the customs clearance process\u00a0in the buyer\u2019s country<\/li>\n<li>Address liability for the failure\u00a0to provide the goods in conformity\u00a0with the contract of sale, delayed delivery, or\u00a0dispute resolution mechanisms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Due to the omission of certain sale conditions, working only with Incoterms can be constricting.
